A worked example—not the Nervefresh formula
| Hypothetical label | Correct reading | Incorrect reading |
|---|---|---|
| Serving size: 2 capsules; ingredient X: 100 mg | 100 mg in the listed serving | 100 mg in each capsule |
| 60 capsules, 2 per serving | 30 servings per bottle | 60 servings per bottle |
| Blend total: 400 mg across four ingredients | 400 mg for the listed blend | 100 mg of every ingredient |
| Extract with a stated marker percentage | A specification needing context | Proof that the whole product works |
These examples are invented solely to explain label arithmetic. They do not supply missing amounts for Nerve Fresh.
Build a small comparison record
- Product name, version and lot or batch if available.
- Serving size and directions.
- Each ingredient’s name, plant part, preparation and amount.
- Capsule material and all other ingredients.
- Warnings, storage details, expiry and supplier contact.
Photograph the actual label so you can distinguish it from a later website revision. If a retailer sends an unclear image, ask for a readable replacement instead of guessing small print.
Do not confuse regulation with approval
FDA explains that dietary supplements are not approved for safety and effectiveness before marketing in the way drugs are. Facility or manufacturing language is not product approval. FDA: Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements.
For a specific product, request any quality document being claimed and check that it applies to the correct product and lot. We have not verified a Nervefresh lot-specific laboratory certificate.
Apply the method to this product
The supplied Nerve Fresh front artwork shows 60 capsules. The full panel is missing from those materials, so individual milligram quantities remain unresolved. Our ingredient page explicitly separates the advertised list from a verified label transcription.
A transparent comparison can contain “unknown.” Replacing an unknown with a plausible-looking number makes the comparison less trustworthy.
